1. Object
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all users who access the Go Park platform or use our physical parking spaces. By using our services, the client declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these conditions.
Go Park reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with changes being communicated through our official website.
2. Reservations
Reservations made through our application or website guarantee a parking space in the selected location during the stipulated period.
- check_circle The entry tolerance is 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
- check_circle Exiting after the reserved time will result in the payment of additional fees based on the current local tariff.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely. We accept debit cards, credit cards, and certified digital payment methods.
The client authorizes Go Park to automatically debit any excess time fees or contractual penalties directly from the payment method associated with the original reservation.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to an administrative retention fee equivalent to 50% of the reservation value.
